I am graduating from UT in December, and need to find someone to take over my contract from January to July at my current apartment. The common area of the apartment is furnished, with washing and drying machines along with the usual complement of sofas, TV, so on and so forth. The room has its own closet and bathroom. The two rooms of the apartment are on opposite sides of each other, and since my roommate (who will be your roommate if you decide to live here) is almost never here, it's like having a huge apartment to yourself. The fact that the condo is privately owned means that you never have to deal with management companies whose goal is to ignore your needs as much as possible.
