Hi, I am a female graduate student at UT. I need to sublease a room in a 2-2 apt in the Riverside area from now to the end of May. You may continue the lease after that if you want.
The current rent is $350 per month. You will only need to pay for that. I will take care of everything else, including cable, high-speed internet, and all utilities (which worth about $60-70 per month for each room). It is a pretty good deal.
Also, I can provide you with a big desk, a chair, and a futon bed.
The living room is furnished. And the kitchen is furnished with a microwave, a dish washer, and a rice cooker.
The apt's name is Wickersham Green. We have 24 hour gym and swimming pool. Stops of WL and 26 are just in front of the apt complex. Very convenient location. Walkable distance to HEB and various other stores.
